Each board has its own breaking in time. Some of the better ones take about 2 to 3 days to break in and others a week and some of them never feel just right.
Some of the problems happen when the trucks are tightened too much bfore they are broken in. The bushings can get blown. Some electric skateboards come with hard bushings and others soft to medium ones. Usually, as the bushings are used they get harder once they are broken in. So, I always break in the board before I judge how good it is. Once broken in, it becomes more responsive and the entire skate experience usually becomes better. Turning once broken in becomes much smooothers and less rigid depending on the hardness of the bushings.
Depending on your riding styles you might want different types of bushings. Let me know what type of riding you plan on doing and I will help you pick out the right board.
